However the waist measures about 15" lying flat. A 0-2 is typically a 23-25 inch waist and this pair would be about 30" when doubling the 15" measured lying flat. Check measurements before buying. Waist is about 15" measured lying flat Rise is about 9.5 Inseam is about 27" The only true flaw is that the hem to the bottom of one leg was undone and fixed with a heat tape. This did cause some discoloration on the inside of the pants as well as the rim of the leg opening. See pictures. Because of how suede can slightly change color as it's touched and where it is located it would be hard to see and blends in. The fly has buttons that close it.
