Framed Hand Painted Cabin Artwork - 10”x12” Wall-Hung - Signed Artist Unknown

This gorgeous painted artwork is signed, but I can’t read the signature. It has a somewhat monotone color in mostly a mustard yellow and appears to be painted directly on a wood piece and framed. Pre-owned, but in good shape, with only some minor scratches and a Sharpie marking on the back (see pictures). Approximately 10”x12”
