This dress is from a capsule collection. Not many in circulation. Echo friendly material, lightweight, hangs beautifully. Waist cummerbund is 31 inches, skirt is 23 inches from waist, perfectly sewn and hidden side zipper. The material was sourced by the designer, the pattern was cut and sewn in a design showroom. No factory involved in creating this beautiful garment. This dress was worn twice.
