This is a gently worn Brown Free People Rhiannon Convertible Skirt/Dress. It’s tagged as a small, but it fits like a medium as it is a smocked/elasticated back. It has light signs of wear along the shirred parts of the waist, there is a small hole on the outer layer of the left side waist - see photo. Other wise it’s in good condition. Measurements are taken while item is flat •Across the waist ~ 15” - 20” • Length ~ 32” / 52”
