Elasticized shoulder with puff 3/4 sleeves have elastic ends and are trimmed at the top with lace, fabric is light and breezy semi-sheer, with a window pane design. Bodice and skirt are lined with same color fabric, skirt has tiered pleats with lace trim near the bottom. Measurements are available upon request. *Note: Dress has a pin size hole on the back.
