Very cute M Free People summer off the shoulder dress. It hits a few inches above the knee and features a bell sleeve with a smocked top (so you don’t have to wear a bra) and the shoulders stay down so you won’t be pulling it up/down while wearing. It’s only been worn once so it’s in perfect condition.
