Free People Green Purple Floral Sleeveless Dress Tunic Ribbon Trim sz XS

This is just the cutest! I adore the mixed media ribbon trim. I can’t really tell if it is a tunic blouse or dress, I guess you could wear as either. If you do a dress I suggest leggings or something under it:) lol It does have a little wash wear as pictured but in my opinion not bad and still has so much life left in it.
