Adorable floral miniskirt in bold black, green, and purple floral pattern. Smocking along the waistband with unique green netting overlay. This gives the waist a good amount of stretch. Could also be worn as a top. Small defect in the netting as shown in last photo. Otherwise, the skirt is in great shape! Very lightweight and flouncy! I forgot to get a photo of the label. Measurements (all taken flat and unstretched): Waist - 14" Hips - Open Length - 15" My mannequin measures 38" at the bust and 32.25" the waist.
