Free People blue and white striped pencil skirt

Excellent preloved condition. No flaws that I can see. 100% cotton with some stretch. Buttons up the front, bottom two are functional and the rest are decorative. Machine wash, lay flat to dry. Approximate measurements: waist 15.25”, length 18”.
