French Connection Strapless Cotton Dress

Looks so much better in person! Worn once to a New Year’s Eve/Holiday party. Stunning dress in excellent condition; 100% cotton embellished with embroidery/beads/sequins; couldn't photograph all of the designs but see pic 3; tag size says 2 but see pic 4 for exact measurements.
