Frenchi blue shirt kimona sleeves cardigan, new

I bought this awhile ago, but I never did get a chance to wear. But it's such a beautiful color, I hate selling. It's soft and lightweight, so it's suitable for any season. We all get chilly at certain places and this is great to their on and add some color at the same time. Sleeves: 14" collar: 3.5" top (without collar) to bottom: 27". Back (under arms across panel): 30. Super stretchy. Knitted bottom: 3"under arm to bottom: 12" side panel: 15.5" made of 100% cotton.
