raptorgirl I was wondering if the fur made the boots about a half size smaller. I’m an 8 in Frye but thinking I might need an 8.5 to accommodate the fur.

sohothief @raptorgirl hi. The boot circumference is 14”. I have skinny legs and that part was fine. I think the fit was off for me is because I have arthritis in my feet (ugh) and there wasn’t enough room to accommodate any swelling. The boot height is 18”. I was hoping they would be comfortable, and saying they are more of a size 8 is a bit misleading. I may change that in the listing.

sohothief @raptorgirl Only in my toes. Not even lengthwise so much as width. Like. I said, sometimes there is swelling in my feet and I just needed a little more room in the toe bed.

raptorgirl @sohothief I have 13 pairs of Frye boots. All of my 8’s are just under 11” and my one pair of Valerie Strappy Fur Lined low boots are a tad over 11”. I’m guessing they’d probably fit.

raptorgirl The shaft on these boots are more wrinkled on the backside right? I wonder if that’s because of how the fur was attached.

sohothief @raptorgirl o, they are so soft I think it’s just where you bend your foot. And it’s not on the entire backside. Just on the other side of the seam for about an inch. I honestly didn’t even notice it until you brought it up.
