GAP blue tie dye vest

Fun, flowy vest from the Gap in a pretty blue tie dye like print. Made from a Luther weight poly fabric. The back is not lined. Pleated detail at the shoulder and elastic detail at the back. Front kind of cascades- super cute over a dress!!
