GENUINE Turquoise/Red Stone Bracelet

This is a gem. This pretty bracelet came from an antique shop. It is a stretch bracelet. The Blue stones definitely appear to be genuine turquoise. The red stones might be Ruby but I am not sure. I do not have any info on this bracelet. There are also 5 black beads on it. I do not know if they are stones or plastic. Feel free to give me your thoughts on these stones.
