Gazoz Y2K pleated and belted skirt

Gazoz Y2K- pleated and belted skirt. Really thick material but not heavy. Red and burnout black color scheme with a cute accent belt bring this skirt all together. Juniors size 13/14. Stretchy and low rise. Measurements were taken flat and are approx: 16 waist and 16 length.
