Glam Party Dress 🎉

Fun & festive, this glam party dress was only worn once for my 21st birthday. It's a cute mini dress with a rouched black top; the skirt portion of the dress is black with turquoise sequins, double tiered, & is banded with a black ribbon; a decorative black bow rests in front on the skirt portion.
