eileenrobert @coffeetalk744 😊.. okay bare with me I'm going to try to explain the measurement I'm giving ..if you look at the back of the bra the 2 straps that closes the bra are both expandable so it can be adjusted to size.. however I measure fabric part not including those straps... the extra small is 19 inch and the small is 20 inch.. please let me know if you have any other questions or you're not sure what I mean I also took 2 more pictures the show the straps in the back❤❤
