Gorgeous Pin

Hand-painted cameo by “ART” with the copyright symbol…puts it after 1950…my guess is late 50’s to mid-’60s. Has 8 tiny seed pearls and 8 tiny carnelian stones around the outside edge. The setting is a regal/gold wash finish. No tarnish, no missing stones…excellent condition.   Measures 2″L…1.5″W
