Breast part of the dress has light padding and is all sequins..maroon color satin tie under the breast with two satin roses that wrap all the way to the back..The sequins look like they're dripping down the dress with most of the detail at the bottom.. Has three layers.. Slight crinoline.. layer of satin then netting overlay with dripping sequins.. Gorgeous dress for any type of party🎉
