Grecerelle brand. V neck, surplice bodice with faux wrap, removable sash at waist. Lightweight breathable rayon fabric, navy and white polka dots. Shoulder 18 inches, waist 16 inches with stretch, shoulder to split 35 inches, to hem 54 inches. Ruffle sleeves, ruffle hem, midi length with split to the knee. Size XXL. EUC, only worn once. It's SO cute but realistically it's just too small for me. I tacked down the front ruffle for a little extra coverage.
