H Halston Small faux leather high rise straight leg pants stretch petite or crop

H Halston Faux PU leather pants not pull on. Pleated, straight leg Size small 100% poly PU Slight stretch 2 button, side by side button closure with zip I bought these for myself but they are too big. They don’t have the hang tags just the plastic hang tag fastener is attached as shown in photo. I would say they run larger. Please see measurements below.
