margiebailey @akbrown15 hi! the waist laying flat is abt 12-13”. there is stretch in the back so can go a little bigger. I am a true 26” if that helps but these are higher waisted. the inseam is 30”. They are raw hem so easy to cut if needed. let me know if you have any other questions. These are the cutest pants!

Im 5”5” and wish i had a little extra height as i think they would look great on a little taller person. im usually a 26 and these fit my high waist well (there is elastic in the bag so they can stretch a bit). The inseam is 30”. Pls let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you!
