Oh I love a sparkle shirt and I wish it were my size! Selling this for a new client of mine. Size 12 from H&M, lots of sparkle. What I love is that it’s lined and the back fabric is see thru on top of the back, my photos do not do it justice!! Non smoking home. NWT

@lmtcst20 I added a few more photos. It’s not really a band per se at the waist. It’s more like just fabric all the way up. It’s soft. Not any elastic.

@lmtcst20 no worries. Not really any stretch in that waistband. I would say that part “is what it is” not really any stretch. The skirt is lined. There is stretch on the outside layer. The lining is that poly/silk..I would say no stretch there
