H&M blouse (runs small)

EUC H&M black blouse. I wore this a handful of times, but just don’t have many occasions to wear it anymore! It has really cute cinched three quarter sleeves and a delicate v neck style. It looks super cute with pencil skirts for the holidays, or with skinny jeans for a night out! It’s a size 2 but runs small, I wear an XS and this blouse fits me well!
