blue and white colors. white background with blue blotches all over. rounded neckline. there is a small pocket on the right hand side. the top portion of the dress is designed like a tank top. there is elastic at the waist to keep in place. the skirt portion goes approximately to the knee location depending on height. material isn't heavy so perfect for summer. did find some slight fading under the arms on each side. not hugely noticeable but I could see it while measuring. material is thin. waist measurement is flat without stretching. since elastic it does have a little wiggle room. this brand runs on the smaller side so watch measurements. smoke free home and pet friendly home. measurements in pictures. measurements laying flat with no stretch. rack x, section B
