Very cute Gap skirt that has an extra layer underneath to make it pouffy. Never worn because I never felt like it looked right on me. The waist fold down so you could make it shorter or longer. I'm 5'1" and it's knee length on me.

mlargeteau @jewlmc It is very cute, I think it just didn't fit my body type or personality really. Never could figure out what to wear with it on top and I don't like flats so I just didn't ever wear it.
