This is a true treasure! Amazing vintage red cape that appears to be handmade. Exquisite hand embroidered floral bouquets throughout. Three small fabric covered button closure. Lined in mauve satin. Small moth hole as pictured. Lining has a small hole as well as some numbers. Very unique. I’d say size small. Measures: (laying flat) Neck: 9.5” Shoulders: 18” Length: 30”
