Halston Heritage black ruched chiffon strapless mini dress with sheer ruffle at hem. NWOT. I bought it for an event and removed the tags, but ended up buying another size. Size 2. This dress is very elegant. Beautiful lightweight material and tailored fit. It’s short (mini) although it doesn’t look that way on the model.
