Hand painted unique black halter dress size M

Gorgeous, unique, one of a kind halter dress. This beauty has hand painted white and gold flowers with green leaves on the front. The back has elastic and is a pullover style. I washed this in the washing machine on gentle or hand wash mode and hung it to dry. I believe it’s cotton or a cotton blend. Measurements provided in last photo. 2010
