mmsimpson @nellimcm hi! It's measuring 17 1/2 inches at the top and about an inch down from that it gets larger at about 19 1/2 inches across. So it comes in a little at the waste.

mmsimpson @leirbag718 the length is 23 inches and the skirt bottom isn’t tucked up, it’s pleated at the bottom all the way around. The outside layer is Polyester, Rayon and elastic and the liner says it is Acetate.
