The ankle-high silhouette of Hereu's Aielo style is built on the history of chukka boots, which were originally worn by polo players. They're crafted in Spain from smooth leather to a hand-stitched moccasin construction and rest on the label's ultra-light rubber Sport sole. Jos Luis Bartolom and Albert Escribano returned to their Mediterranean roots to found Hereu after many years immersed in the cultural mix of London and Paris. At Hereu, they engage with local artisans, rediscovering craft traditions and using them to express distinctive takes on the regions' enduring heritage.
