High Waist Sweater Knit Shorts NWOT

Soft, high waisted shorts with drawstring. Look super cute with a cropped cardigan set. Ordered an xl because reviews said they ran small but they’re true to size so do not fit me. Tags have been removed and they’ve been dry cleaned but never worn other than trying on.
