Honey Punch Patchwork Look Blue and White Dress

Super Cute Patchwork look dress. Has 2 tiers of ruffle and ruffle at bottom. A true Small fit. I’m a medium now and this is a tad too small. Dress is lined and great quality. There’s a bit of elastic at top. Could sorta go off your shoulder if you like that look. Waist can stretch to 17 and hips ( no stretch) is 17.
