Hot Topic Elsa Tulle Skirt

Originally purchased it in a Hot topic store waaaaaaay back in the day. I've kept it for years in my closet, hoping one day to be able to squeeze into it but alas! my tastes in skirts have drastically changed in the past year and I don't think I'll ever wear it now. I would love to send this skirt to a new home to be loved and worn the way it should be! While I have not worn it and it is new with tags, there are some minor issues. Please note there are dirt stains on the skirt that may come off in the wash, snags that run along the waistband, and discoloration of the zipper. I don't have images of all the snags as it's hard to pick up on camera, please know that it's there and I show images of the worst ones. Please check images to see the condition of the skirt as it was a little banged up on the floor of hot topic when I picked it up. It was too pretty to leave without it though! All these issues are unlikely to be noticed when wearing it among others but if you're a stickler for details, you would notice it upon closer inspection xD Feel free to ask any questions you may have about the skirt!
