House of Harlow 1960

This is a babydoll dress in pale tan with a floral print in black and cocoa. It has a fully smocked bodice with tiny non functional buttons and a squared neck and back line. The back has a string tie at the neck with metal ends. It’s a mini with a large ruffle at the hem. It has super cute puff sleeves. It’s a size medium that measures 19”19”26” and it’s 23” long. If I keep it, I’ll wear it belted as I’ve shown but my belt is not included. Love it.
