House of Harlow 1960 x Revolve Lotta Dress size small. Brown with white polka dot pattern. Gauze type material with tie waist front, long sheer sleeves, high neck, and back zip closure. There as some small runs in the fabric, one toward the bottom of the skirt and one on the back near the zipper (see last two photos) other than this in great condition.
