In the early 90s hunter green what’s the color on everybody’s must-have list. And I was just as obsessed. Tommy Hilfiger and hunter green, Gibaud jeans or Z cover Ricci paired with white K Swiss stickers. That was the style everyone wanted to imitate if not flat out owns themselves. My aunt went to Italy and found this purse at a small artisan leather goods boutique. Knowing I was obsessed over the color she got it for me and my mother never let me wear it to school. She was so afraid something would happen to it it literally sat in my closet for years. It deserves to live a life and not just stuck in a box somewhere. It does have some dimples in it from storing it but I am positive that those will fill back out once you start using it often and the leather relaxes a little bit. I have used it on a few occasions one which was with a white dress And I was terrified the whole time that the leather coloring would rub off on the dress. It did not. I have used leather cleaner on it and conditioner and it has not bled the coloring at all. Which just goes to show the quality of the craftsmanship. on the inside there is a little bit of fading due to just the age of the leather and possibly from the leather conditioner I’ve used. Which was from coach. It’s such a beautiful purse in the leather on it is so thick. They just don’t make these in this quality anymore.
