IMMACUL8 Bandage Dress

Royal Blue dress. 90% Rayon, 9% Nylon, 1% Spandex Fits size 4. Has two small spots in the front, barely noticeable when worn (see last pic). The Inside tag is almost coming off, thread is holding only on one side of the tag.
