IRO "Charlie" dress, EU 42 (US 8,10), Bandage type

IRO Charlie dress, well known IRO style, composed of 60% Acetate, 40% Polyester but actually has a woven- wool-type feel. Wraps as a bandage, I took the hanging picture with the flash on to show style. Intended to be worn fitted. Length from shoulder 35", width 16.5" (see photos) but width will stretch to 1.5 these dimensions. Retail $470.
