ISO In Search Of , Not for sale

Looking for the exact pair of earrings! These are vintage, but I'm not sure how old. I have looked everywhere for these online and can't find them. If anybody knows the shape name, that would be very helpful. I initially thought it was a rose shape, but I'm not sure. These are 10kt solid gold, stamped 417. I think the gem is pink ice, pink amethyst, or pink sapphire. I'm not really sure. Any information would be extremely helpful. I am trying to find a replacement for one that was lost a long time ago for my mom. Thanks so much for your help! 🩷
