concept I hate that! I bought the last sale size 9 boots though and it felt really good 😂 No travels for a while because I'm getting married this year! Trying to save money but the new boots are proof that it's so hard to save 😩😩What about you?

cjtang @concept Nice! Those are cute! I'm eying the Aimee Ankle boots in truffle lol. I got the Veronique sandals recently at another MDW sale but will need to wait till it warms up. I've been living in my Acne boots I scored on sale on Posh and while I don't need more ankle boots, one can never have too many 😉!! That's right--congrats on the engagement! Have you guys picked a date? No travels at the moment trying to save up but maybe in latter half of the year! (Fingers crossed!)

concept Ooooh hell yeah! Those are cute! Last year I scored some over the knee MDW boots during this sale. It's the best time to shop!😉 And thanks! We haven't chosen a date yet. The end of 2015 was so busy but now we're going to buckle down and plan for a summer wedding. We're calling the venue tomorrow. It's the Brazilian Room in the Berkeley/Oakland hills. Hopefully it works out because it's gorgeous!

cjtang @concept Yes if one can score MDW on sale, one must LOL. Omg! I know that place. That place IS gorgeous!! My sister (lives in bay area) had it on her list of venues for her wedding but is going w somewhere closer to fiancee's family near the city, but I remember that was one of her favs!! The beams are #todiefor. Congrats and good luck!! 😘

cjtang @concept Italy would be amazing!! Honeymoon locals must be so fun! If he gets the fellowship how long would you be there for? Fingers crossed and good luck to him/you guys!! I'm freelancing right now, so funds need to be saved and appropriated 😂 but hoping end of the year or early 2017. Would love to go Norway/Sweden and Greece is on the list!!

concept Thanks! It's between the Brazil room and a old firehouse transformed into an event space in SF. The fellowship is for 2 weeks but we'd try to swing a month there and definitely hit up Amsterdam! I've heard great things about Norway and Greece looks amazing! What do you do btw?

cjtang @concept Oh nice!! Sure you'll be excited to go back to Amsterdam if you can! What a fun year ahead! I develop/produce film/TV projects independently; worked as a development exec at Walden Media (Narnia films) previously. I also do manuscript/book analysis for companies and advise them on suitable/good books for publication and/or film/TV adaptations. Hoping 2016 will bring about more stability (ugh, freelance lol). Here's to hoping! 🙏💁✈ What about you? Too bad travel can't just be a job 😜

concept Wow! Sounds like a really cool profession! I imagine freelance is hard though, planning wise. I'm in the public health field. I've done a bunch of projects that address health disparities in children and youth and women's health. I'm applying now to start a masters program in public health this fall. 2016 will be exciting and full! 📚📚📖🤓

cjtang @concept Yeah it's fun + intense! When the last company shuttered, was burnt out so traveled and after, decided to invest a bit in myself. It definitely has had it's +'s (master of my own schedule/creative pursuits) and -'s (lack of steady work flow lol). I am starting to look at more long term prospects in 2016! I've had my fun😂. Good luck with grad school, that's awesome! And public health is such a great field, 👏👏👏 to you! Is the grad program still in bay area?
