Reposhing this item I purchased from @bougainvillea. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Ilana kohn nico shorts, size small, sunshine yellow. Elastic waistband with high rise. Pretty sure these are either the nico or the pogi shorts. Very soft: 73% cotton, 27% linen. Feels almost like cotton terry. Measures approximately-waist stretches from 12.17 inches to 17 inches, rise: 15 inches, inseam 5 inches. Got these secondhand but don't fit, shows wear with pilling by thighs and back and small fraying at seams- can easily be sewn but I didn't fix since they sadly don't fit.
