Intermission Black & White Empire Dress

This dress has a deep V neck and back line and 4” of smocking at the empire waist. It begins as a deep black with dashes of white to just below the smocking where the white marks enlarged to become ovals. It’s a size 6 but is so generously sized that I’ll mark it as a medium. Bust-19”, waist-12” can stretch to 17”, hips-21” and it’s 36” long. The bust is lightly padded. This dress can be worn with a jacket or cardigan for daytime events or, with more glamorous accessories can become a cocktail dress.
