nomadroad @cuando01 hi! I’m not sure. I measured it- (flat lay) the pit to pit is approx 25” and the hem band is 18.5”. It does have a lot of give. Hope that helps you.

nomadroad @cuando01 definitely. I just looked up the j. Crew size chart and a L fits 12-14. Also, I’m a 10 so I just tried it on and it’s pretty roomy on me. ☺️
