White skirt with navy polka dots. 2 side pockets, back zip with hook and eye closure. 70% cotton/30% silk, lining is 100% polyester. Worn a few times - there are a few minuscule/faint specks near the bottom, that aren’t noticeable when wearing (see pics). Length 20.5”
