Adorable and romantic Japna floral mini dress with long sleeves gathered at the wrist, smocked waist with tie, and tiered ruffle skirt. This is lined. No size or fabric tags. I think it’s a lightweight poly blend. Guessing a small based on how it fits on my dress bust, but see measurements. Pit to pit is 16 Waist 15 Shoulder to hem is 36”
