White stretchy soft knit jersey dress with navy blue and red stars all over. Spaghetti straps with bows on the shoulders. There's a ruffle around the top with red trim at the edge. Elastic waistband and buttons on the back. A line skirt with a tiered ruffle at the bottom of the skirt. New with tags. Perfect for summer the Olympics, and 4th of July or Memorial Day with a pair of sunglasses and a hair bow from my closet.
