Janie and jack dress

Blue and white plaid dress with pleated skirt. This dress is a little bit fitted (not tight) through the bodice with a slightly flaired skirt. There is not a size tag, only a brand tag. We wore this as a 6 month item but would recommend as a 3-6/6.
