True Religion Cut offs Y2K made from a 28 men’s pair that was far too long and baggy on me, so I cut them into a short daisy duke style that are loose around the midriff because I think that looks nice. Distressed look. Cute and sexy! Approximately measurements shoe the waist is 15” (30”) even though it clearly says it’s size 28 on the tag. Not sure that happens?
