What size would you say this is? 8?

@kgenta I would say a 6/8, maybe an 8/10 on the bottom? I have very wide hips and thighs and a pretty full butt, and it still was very much a “bubble hem,” pretty billowy, but somewhat close at the neckline, which makes me think a six, just because of the neck/shoulders?
